As a labour organization, we are responsible for collective bargaining and administering labour contracts on behalf of our members. At the same time, we are dedicated to protecting our members by ensuring they have a healthy and safe work environment. Our ultimate aim is “to serve those who bravely serve” our Hamilton community.
